Tasting :
Intense ruby red with purplish highlights. A characteristic, intense, and powerful nose, with notes of blackcurrant and dried plum alternating with aromas of tobacco and leather. Silky and velvety, pleasant, with a beautiful texture and intense warmth. Pronounced and persistent tannins, with lively acidity.

All kinds of red meat: steak, lamb, pork, and pasta dishes with meat sauce.
