Tasting :
Straw yellow with greenish highlights. Rich foam, very fine and persistent bubbles. On the nose, citrus notes: cedar and lemon. A hint of chlorophyll and white flowers. The palate reflects the characteristics of the terroir: fresh, led by citrus, fruity, and even floral notes that alternate beautifully, followed by a salty note reminiscent of the stones of the Piave.
Wine Pairing :
Perfect as an appetizer and with seafood dishes, such as fried calamari and shrimp.
